The products on www.dedo-natis.com (hereinafter referred to as the SITE) are sold and marked with trademarks owned by Chiara De Donatis, with registered office in Rome (RM), via Giovanni Battista Canobi 27, registered in the Register of Artisan Businesses of the Rome Chamber of Commerce under number 320762, tax code DDNCHR89D46I838N, VAT number 14814881000 (hereinafter referred to as DEDO NATIS).
1. COMMERCIAL POLICY
The products sold on www.dedo-natis.com are intended for the final consumer, i.e. a natural person who uses the SITE for purposes outside of their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity. This means that it is not possible to make purchases for commercial purposes on the SITE. DEDO NATIS reserves the right to refuse an order if it detects non-private use of the purchase. It is not possible to request a tax invoice. It is also prohibited for minors to place orders on this SITE.
2. CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
These conditions of sale are an integral and essential part of the purchase contract concluded between you (CUSTOMER) and DEDO NATIS. Your electronic submission of the order implies full knowledge of these conditions and their full acceptance. If you do not agree with one or more terms contained in these conditions, please refrain from making purchases on www.dedo-natis.com.
The order submission procedure implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. The purchase contract with DEDO NATIS is concluded when DEDO NATIS receives, electronically, your order and the resulting payment, after verifying the accuracy of the data entered in the ORDER FORM.
Once the purchase contract is concluded, DEDO NATIS will process your order by sending you an order summary email (called ORDER CONFIRMATION), containing information on the essential characteristics of the product and a detailed indication of the price, payment methods, your right of withdrawal, and shipping costs.
DEDO NATIS reserves the right not to process your order if there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or in the case of incomplete or incorrect orders, or if the products are unavailable. In all these cases, DEDO NATIS will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and will refund any advance payments you may have made.
The ORDER FORM will be stored in the DEDO NATIS database for the time necessary to process the purchase order and, in any case, within the terms of the law.
3. SALES PRICES
All sales prices of the products on the SITE include VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable in relation to the sale; however, they do not include customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs brokerage commissions, if applicable based on the destination of the order. For certain destinations, in fact, upon arrival at the border of your country, the contents of the order may be subject to customs duties (which may include taxes, duties, management fees, customs broker fees, etc.), the payment of which is your responsibility, as the CUSTOMER receiving the order. DEDO NATIS is unable to calculate these customs duties in advance, so we recommend contacting the relevant local authorities or your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly indicated and displayed before completing your order.
Product prices may be subject to change, but the price you will be charged will be the one published on the product page at the time you submit the ORDER FORM.
A clear error in the price on the SITE will result in DEDO NATIS not confirming your order and issuing an immediate refund of the purchase price you paid. You will, however, be contacted by email to verify whether you wish to repurchase the product at the correct price.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available on www.dedo-natis.com:
- CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
In case of payment by credit or debit card, the procedure will take place via a secure connection directly connected to the banking institution that owns and manages the online payment service, which DEDO NATIS cannot access. Specifically, financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded to the bank that provides the remote electronic payment service, via encrypted protocol, without third parties having any access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be used and/or stored in any format (including electronic) by DEDO NATIS. Your card will be charged at the same time as you submit the ORDER FORM. As a CUSTOMER, you have the right to a refund of the payment amount in any case of default by DEDO NATIS, or failure to execute the contract for any reason.
- PAYPAL
If you choose PayPal, where applicable, you will be redirected to the website www.paypal.com where you will pay for the products according to the procedure established and regulated by PayPal, and the terms and conditions of the contract agreed between you and PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal website will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted or shared with DEDO NATIS. DEDO NATIS is therefore unable to access and does not store in any way the credit card details linked to your PayPal account, or the details of any other payment instrument connected to that account. The total amount due will be charged to you by PayPal upon conclusion of the online contract. In the event of termination of the purchase contract and in any other case of refund, for any reason, the refund amount will be credited to your PayPal account. The time it takes for the payment instrument linked to that account to be credited depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order has been placed to that account, DEDO NATIS cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the refund amount. To dispute such delays, you must contact PayPal directly.
- PAYPAL pay in 3 installments
Paypal also allows you to split your payment into 3 interest-free installments, without any late fees.
- APPLE PAY
The Apple Pay payment method allows Apple users to link their credit/debit cards to the Wallet app on their iPhone or Apple Watch, Mac, and iPad. Your card details are not stored on devices or stored on Apple servers, but a unique transaction code is used to ensure your security.
- GOOGLE PAY
The Google Pay payment method allows you to pay on sites, in apps, and in stores using the cards saved in your Google account. Google Pay protects your data and those of your cards during payment.
5. DELIVERY METHODS
The products purchased will be delivered to the address you indicated when completing the ORDER FORM. Shipping times and costs will be clearly indicated and displayed before completing the order.

The delivery times indicated on the SITE must be considered purely indicative and a delay does not entitle the CUSTOMER to refuse the delivery or request compensation or damages.
Upon delivery of the products, you are required to check that the tracking number of your package is correct and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be reported immediately by making a specific note on the delivery document of the product, which must be returned to the courier. Furthermore, we ask you to promptly notify us of the incident by sending an email to customercare@dedo-natis.com within 7 days.
If for any reason you refuse to accept the package, you will be charged for the shipping costs and any return duties. This amount will be deducted from the total refund due.
6. LIABILITY
DEDO NATIS assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure such as, for example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed timeframe. DEDO NATIS will not be liable to any party or third parties for damages, losses, and costs incurred as a result of the failure to perform the contract for the reasons mentioned above. You, the CUSTOMER, are only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
Similarly, DEDO NATIS is not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment when paying for the products purchased. In fact, at no point during the purchase process is DEDO NATIS able to access your credit card number, as specified in point 4 of these TERMS OF SALE.
We take care to present the products for sale on the SITE accurately and in detail. However, the images and colors of the products offered may not exactly correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
7. RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND
As a CUSTOMER, you can withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with DEDO NATIS without any penalty within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased according to the methods indicated below.
To return your order, follow the procedure provided in the SHIPPING AND RETURNS section, completing and submitting the dedicated form, or send us an email to customercare@dedo-natis.com, indicating your name and address, the details of your purchase and the date on which you placed the order.
The shipping costs relating to the return of the products will be at your expense, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the products.
After the return of the products, DEDO NATIS carries out the necessary checks relating to their conformity with the conditions and terms indicated in this section. If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, DEDO NATIS will refund the sums received for the purchase of the products within fourteen (14) days. DEDO NATIS will make the refund using the same means or payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored and possibly worn for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, characteristics and size, in accordance with normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt. Tags and labels must not be removed and the warranty seal must be present and not tampered with. Returns of incomplete, dirty or damaged goods will not be accepted.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal data will be processed by DEDO NATIS in compliance with European Regulation 679/2016 and the Privacy Policy on the SITE.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts stipulated through www.dedo-natis.com is subject to Italian law and in particular to the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts" - as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21 - with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
Any dispute between the parties relating to this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court in whose district you have your domicile or residence; for all other disputes, the Court of Rome will have exclusive jurisdiction.
In the event of disputes arising from the TERMS OF SALE between DEDO NATIS and customers residing in the EU, we inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the alternative out-of-court resolution of disputes, accessible on the website https://commission.europa.eu/index_it.
10. CHANGES AND UPDATES
DEDO NATIS reserves the right to modify the SITE, its policies and these TERMS OF SALE at any time to offer new products or services, or to comply with legal or regulatory provisions. By accessing www.dedo-natis.com and placing an order, you agree to the policies and terms of sale in effect at the time the order is placed.
